Earthwork
With over 100 pieces of heavy equipment consisting mostly of Caterpillar and Komatsu, Brewer Paving & Development has the capability of moving dirt fast. Every day we are making major cuts and fills for roadways, importing fill material for building sites, or excavating storm water retention ponds. Our GPS equipped machinery maximizes time and efficiency in the earthmoving process. We perform grading with current compaction standards and equipment in order to meet local requirements.
Our key areas of expertise span from commercial site work construction and land development projects, in both the private and public sectors. Brewer Paving & Developments excavating techniques excel at various levels of site grading to include retail sites, underground utilities, industrial, site development and mass grading.
Sanitary Sewer Mains
Brewer Paving & Development is known for its quality installations of Sanitary Sewer systems. The installation of these systems are commonly at greater depths relative to other utilities. Consequently, it is very important to perform the work correctly the first time.
Potable Water Systems
The installations of domestic potable water facilities are very important. The connections and thrust points are vital to the security of the Public R-O-W and the environment. Proper handling and chlorination of materials must be respected. Pressure testing and good compaction are some of the aspects of constructing a quality domestic water distribution system. Water is a major resource for all life. As such it must be protected and preserved as an asset to good living.
Storm Sewer Mains
We work with installations of Storm Drainage systems in public R-O-W and private properties. We address the work operations with a safe and professional approach and consider all surroundings involved with our scope of work. From the project’s commencement to its completion we address punch list items and testing to be conducted with proper confirmation.
Manhole & Catch Basin Installations
Brewer Paving & Development is used to installing a variety of concrete structures such as manhole construction, catch basins, inlet and outlet structures, manhole top out etc. of many different sizes.
During installations we place absolute importance to safety, specifications and materials.
Roadwork
Brewer Paving and Development has finish graded thousands of miles of roadway over the years. We are used to grading FDOT roads, commercial parking lots, subdivision roadways, intersections and just about anywhere a loader and grader can get to. Our crews are trained and experienced in setting up MOT per the latest FDOT index. We understand all of the challenges that come with installing stabilizer, curbs, sidewalks and asphalt.
